[strongSwan] Version numbers

I've got two SS servers, one works, one sort of work right.

The working one runs "Linux strongSwan U5.8.4/K4.15.0-142-generic"

The sortof server is running "Linux strongSwan U5.8.4/K4.18.0-305.3.1.el8_4.x86_64"

What is the difference between the two versions? Is one 32-bit and one 64-bit?
