[strongSwan] Logging to an rsyslog server

Hopefully, this is the right list.

I have two StrongSwan servers running, both running 5.9.2. I would like to hook them up to log to a remote rsyslog server. Very much a newbie, but how do I do this? I don't see any examples where I can specify a syslog server by ip address and port.
