[strongSwan] ipsec.secrets file is missing

The kernel you're using does not provide a working/supported IPsec stack.

You're not using freebsd and you're not using strongswan with a lower version than 4.6.0,

so the warning has to be interpreted as an error. You do not have a functioning IPsec stack,

so charon will not be able to install any IPsec SPs or SAs and therefore you will never

have a functioning IPsec tunnel on this installation.
