[strongSwan] Connection stalled once I start coping files

Hi,

I have created a site-to-site VPN connection using strongswan, between my
local network (gw is cyberoam) and AWS VPC (gw is strongswan). But the
connections always stalled once I start coping (using scp or simple http
upload) files from my local network to any server on the VPC, the same
happens when I try to copy files from VPC to local network.

I used the following configuration: http://pastebin.com/qDEp96Yd

and strongswan version 5.2.1

Any idea why this is happening?
