[strongSwan] strongswan dhcp question

Greetings

I am planning to dabble with  using dhcp to configure remote clients for a 
strongswan setup

I had a look at  these  sample:-

I note that strongswan.conf  on the gateway  has a line  detailing the address 
of the dhcp server.  For configurations where the dhcp server is embedded in  
lower segments of the internal network  , would the address of the nearest 
dhcp relay do  instead of the address of the dhcp server ?
