[strongSwan] Android client into f-droid?

Hi,

I've featured strongSwan on my blog today - I hope it will attract more
attention for the project

The Android client seems really nice, but I couldn't find it in
f-droid.  A lot of users now run phones without the Google apps (e.g. by
using Cyanogenmod) or they don't have a Google login on their phone so
they can't get it from Google Play.

Has anybody requested inclusion in f-droid?  I managed to adapt my own
projects (Lumicall and dynalogin) to build with f-droid's tools, it was
not very much effort.  I attach links below for the build.xml and
custom_rules.xml histories, this reveals most of what I needed to do to
make it build under f-droid's build system.
