[strongSwan] OPNsense disable load of addrblock plugin

Hi All, Anyone an idea how I can not load the addrblock plugin within OPNsense?

In:

/usr/local/etc/strongswan.d/charon/addrblock.conf I've set

load=no

but when I check using

ipsec listplugins

its still there even after a restart or reload.

any idea anyone?
