[strongSwan] Is Vpn L2tp/IPSec or Ikev2 connections to Strongswan server possible with ISP with PPPoL2TP ?

I have Ubuntu x64 with Strongswan installed on it.
My IPS uses PPPoL2TP for AA.
As following I have /usr/sbin/pppd plugin pppol2tp.so .......... running to
access an Internet.
At the same time I have white static IP.
Will it be possible to establish either l2tp/ipsec or ikev2 connections
from Vpn clients (fro an Internet) ti my server ?
And may somebody make some advices for it ?
