[strongSwan] swanctl --initiate timeout question

I read that before I posted, and I have no idea if it waits X seconds and then starts
detach process, or if it will complete the initiate in background if it doesn't
happen within timeout period or if it will just fail to do anything if initiate does
not complete by timeout period.
