[strongSwan] Stop listening on ports

I suspect you would not be happy with the results if you could achieve this.  If it does not listen on those ports, it literally cannot do anything.  How would you expect it to work if it cannot receive traffic from the network?

Is there a way to make charon stop listening on the UDP ports (defaulted to 500/4500)?
I read here (https://wiki.strongswan.org/projects/strongswan/wiki/Strongswanconf) about changing the value, but don’t see an option to stop/disable it.
