[strongSwan] Stop listening on ports

Hi,

Is there a way to make charon stop listening on the UDP ports (defaulted to 500/4500)?
I read here (https://wiki.strongswan.org/projects/strongswan/wiki/Strongswanconf <https://wiki.strongswan.org/projects/strongswan/wiki/Strongswanconf>) about changing the value, but don’t see an option to stop/disable it.
