[strongSwan] strongswan CN domain and keyword

On May 3, 2019, we received an application from Kaifeng Ltd requested "strongswan" as their internet keyword and China (CN) domain names (strongswan.cn, strongswan.com.cn, strongswan.net.cn, strongswan.org.cn).
