[strongSwan] Roadwarrior VPN with PSK

Hi guys!

I need to set up the VPN gateway for Win7/8/10/Android/IOS (preferrably 
using built-in VPN clients) users with PSK authentication followed by 
XAUTH to RADIUS server (AD). I looked through the manuals and got a bit 
confused - I've found various pieces of documentation for Win Vista, 
IKEv2 and so on - for example:

And i didn't got how exactly I should configure my gateway for my task.
