[strongSwan] Ipsec sruggles

I have used suse over 10 years now. I have several ipsec tunnels over the
years and have never ran into the trouble I am having now. Since Suse 11.4
I have not been able to connect ipsec tunnels using ikev1. If I stay with a
a suse release 11.4 or lower I can get my tunnels to work. Any ideas where
I can get help.
