[strongSwan] Tunnel issues.

I have used suse over 10 years now for my tunnels. I have several ipsec
tunnels over the years and have never ran into the trouble I am having now.
Since Suse 11.4 I have not been able to connect ipsec tunnels using ikev1.
If I stay with a a suse release 11.4 or lower I can get my tunnels to work.
Any ideas? I tried building a test box with Suse 13.3 tumbleweed. For
testing to all my older suse versions. Hope I am in the right place to find
an answer as I am new to the list.
