[strongSwan] Loosing TS for when creating new child SA?

Hi,


observing a issue notably with a windows client that deletes child sa due
to no traffic. The creation of child sa fails since TS is not matching. The
clients requests 0.0.0.0 in both ends, despite being something else when
initially connecting.

I was reload the config every 30 minutes for different reasons. The issue
disapeared when it stopped reloading configs.
