[strongSwan] How to use Vici

Hello,

I would need some help because I encounter problems using Vici plugin.

In order to use it, I reconfigured strongswan using : "./configure
--enable-vici" which worked fine and now I'm not sure what I'm supposed to
do to be able to use this plugin.

When I try to compile a program using vici (available here :
https://www.strongswan.org/apidoc/md_src_libcharon_plugins_vici_README.html),
it says that it doesn't know libvici.h and when I put the library in
/usr/include, it doesn't help.

Am I supposed to add something in strongswan.conf ? If it's the case, I
didn't realize what.

I'm a bit lost using vici, is there someone who can help me ?
