[strongSwan] Windows 7 <-> strongswan constraints error

I confirm such behavior in my case also.
I retried to issue many variants of my CA, server and client certs.
But with Ikev2 I have been got for all long time 13801 error.
I posted logs to bpaste (links are at irc channel) .
But what is general way out from this situation ?
