[strongSwan] IKE retransmission counters

Hi

I am running Strongswan with version "Linux strongSwan U4.4.0/K2.6.31.12" and Kernel 2.6.31.12. I wanted to determine how many IKE retransmission have happened in the last one hour.
1.      How can I determine the same ?
2.      I see that there are some "ipsec listcounters" command present since 5.0.3<https://wiki.strongswan.org/projects/strongswan/wiki/503> ? Does this new listcounters command show the IKE retransmission also ?
