[strongSwan] charon.plugins.eap-radius.nas_identifier doesn't work

i'm using strongswan 5.2 and have problem changing the nas_identifier 
for freeradius.

after i've set the nas identifier in eap-radius section,the nas 
identifier in freeradius is still shown as strongSwan
   eap-radius {
             accounting = yes,
            nas_identifier = custom_nas_id
          }

  what have i done wrong? Thank you
