[strongSwan] ipsec daemon always output to stderr

Hi,

# ipsec start 1>/dev/null
Starting strongSwan 5.1.0 IPsec [starter]...

This isn't an error message, right? So why does strongSwan output via
stderr?

If you don't agree that this (the usage of stderr for everything) is a bug,
please tell me how I can separate unimportant (stdout) from important
(stderr) output like I can do with any POSIX-compliant* *****application
using "1>dev/null".
