[strongSwan] use of libgmp

Hi Chad,
the gmp plugin is needed for RSA-based authentication (optional if
PSK is used) and Diffie-Hellman key exchange (required for IKE).
As an alternative to the gmp plugin you can enable the openssl
plugin but OpenSSL's libcrypto isn't exactly compact either.
