[strongSwan] Minor bug in ipsec statusall?

Today after a routine automated restart of strongswan, I found that 
"ipsec statusall" has stopped working - simply no output at all, no error.

However, /usr/local/libexec/ipsec/stroke statusall works correctly.

Slightly baffling, but certainly not critical. Not sure what to make of it.
