yeah the file has been updated when I did my last compilation
olpeleri at ironmaiden / $ ls -l /usr/lib64/ipsec/libcharon.so
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 18 Jun 10 17:57 /usr/lib64/ipsec/libcharon.so -> libcharon.so.0.0.0
