[strongSwan] Strongswan freeze

While I don't have an answer to your question, I'd recommend that it's 
always a good idea to include:

Local operating system
What you're connecting to on the remote side (strongSwan, a Cisco, ?)
strongSwan version, and version  on other side if strongSwan
etc
