While I don't have an answer to your question, I'd recommend that
it's always a good idea to include:<br>
<br>
Local operating system<br>
What you're connecting to on the remote side (strongSwan, a Cisco,
?)<br>
strongSwan version, and version on other side if strongSwan<br>
etc<br>
