[strongSwan] HELP:No even 'filter' table of iptables in UML

Hi Ken,

try the following filesystem that I've just uploaded

http://download.strongswan.org/uml/gentoo-fs-20110913.tar.bz2

and which we are using for our regression tests. iptables has the
ha-patch applied.
