[strongSwan] Kernel patch for HA plugin

Are you sure you got the right patch for 2.6.32? 

Applying the HA patchset to that Ubuntu kernel works just fine here
using:

> wget -O - "http://git.strongswan.org/?p=linux-dumm.git;a=patch;h=cbce58ae57376b5d5269a0214454e76f595f9ed0" | patch -p1
> wget -O - "http://git.strongswan.org/?p=linux-dumm.git;a=patch;h=5f312000d627ad2894ec1a7988fe9c3994a9ef5c" | patch -p1

The second one applies with some hunks having an offset (originating
from Ubuntu specific changes), but works anyway.
