[strongSwan] help with installation

hello guys 

after the installation of the  strongswan  what is the easyest way to run a example simulation in my case with mobike protocol i am trying to install uml testing but i fail with gentoo-fs-20100830.tar.bz2 
need some help here plz . thank you
