[strongSwan] Security vulnerability

Hi list,

concerning the security vulnerability.
If the plugin gmp is in strongswan.conf not enabled, is it in use or not?
Does strongswan load automatically modules, if they needed?

pluto {

        # plugins to load in pluto
        # load = aes des sha1 md5 sha2 hmac gmp random pubkey

}

Is it possible to see all used plugins in strongswan?
