[strongSwan] dns entries in config payload

It works as expected.  Was not working due to operator error.
Was working with too many machines / terminal windows, and edited a wrong file.

Appreciate very much how responsive the strongswan team is.

Hm, the question is whether the gateway actually sends the DNS server
attributes.  Please make sure the attr plugin is loaded there (see [1]
for details).

No, the DNS attributes are actually handled in the android plugin (if
any are received), which writes them to the Android system properties
net.dns1|2.
