[strongSwan] ipsec auto in Strongswan 4.5

Hi,
I've moved from Strongswan 2.8.11 to 4.5 recently and I've noticed there's
no "ipsec auto" command anymore. Why is that? Is there any way to compile
it? Otherwise, is there any way to add or remove a single connection without
the whole "ipsec restart" ?
