[strongSwan] StrongSWAN 4.4.1 & FreeBSD

Hi,

I've got a few questions concerning StrongSWAN 4.4.1 running on
FreeBSD 8.1-STABLE:

- are the configure options mentioned in this Wiki article still
  current

  http://wiki.strongswan.org/wiki/1/FreeBSD
  
  or do I need different options now?
  
- Is the C library patch described here

  still needed?
