[strongSwan] strongswan with enable-openssl compile issue

Hi:

I'm compiling strongswan 4.3.6 with enable-openssl option, but it give me 
compile error for missing ec.h file. I have openssl-0.9.8g, but the config for 
openssl is no-ec, so ec.h does not exist, could you please let me know 
how to make strongswan build without openssl ec dependency?
