[strongSwan] Debian Package Re: ANNOUNCE: strongswan-4.3.6 released

Hello Daniel,

Rene Mayrhofer is actually working on strongSwan 4.3.6 and the
NetworkManager strongSwan applet 1.1.2. Thus just have a little
patience.
