[strongSwan-dev] ike sa manager taking ~10 seconds to queue IKE delete

We are having an issue with IKE manager taking approximately 10 seconds to
work on an IKE delete task.

Called at time stamp 17:33:01.618

charon->controller->terminate_ike(charon->controller,
                                ike_sa->get_unique_id(ike_sa),
                                controller_cb_empty, NULL, 10000);

Our undertstanding is this calls IKE SA manager to call checkout by ID.
This call is getting completed at 17:33:11.628

Kindly help us understand why IKE SA manager is taking ~10 seconds to queue
IKE delete.
