[strongSwan-dev] ipsec --version update proprosal

Currently (I am on version 4.5.1) ipsec --version shows Linux even on
FreeBSD e.g.

"Linux strongSwan U4.5.1/K2.6.38-10-generic
Institute for Internet Technologies and Applications
University of Applied Sciences Rapperswil, Switzerland
See 'ipsec --copyright' for copyright information."

I have made a patch (attached) to src/ipsec.in to get the OS name from
the system using `uname -s`. Will this be sufficient or do we need to
go "deeper" by getting the value from automake/configure ?
