[strongSwan-dev] ANNOUNCE: strongswan-4.4.0rc1

Hi,

strongswan-4.4.0 requires a charon socket plugin, either

   socket-default if charon-only is running or
   socket-raw     if both charon an pluto are running.

You probably use an explicit load directive in strongswan.conf
so that the socket plugin is not loaded.
