[Announce] SQLite database examples for strongSwan 4.2

Hi,

for all those who'd like to experiment with the new SQL database
interface I have created four example scenarios shown under the link

   http://www.strongswan.org/uml/testresults42/sql/index.html

The new /etc/strongswan.conf file contains the URI pointing to
the SQLite database ipsec.db which at the beginning of each scenario
is created by reading in a set of SQL statements:

   cat /etc/ipsec.d/ipsec.sql | sqlite3 /etc/ipsec.d/ipsec.db
