Hello
I came across the info that there is a non-blocking version of the below
stroke-based ipsec commands: "ipsec up | down <conn-name>" as below:
ipsec up-nb | down-nb <conn-name>
So i checked in the release images (older and latest v5.8.x/5.9.x), but the
nb-version of the commands is not supported...
Is the "patch for the nb-commands" to be applied separately? as a custom
installation?
If its not a problem, kindly please point out the location of the
final/updated patch for the nb-commands support. Thanks in advance
I also wanted to know as to "why" the Non-blocking command patch not
incorporated/merged into the main/general release? Is there any
known-limitations/repurcussions of using the nb-commands patch? Could or
should it be applied into a strongswan installation deployed in
production/real-time vpn-routers?
thanks in advance for your advice and help
regards
Rajiv
