[strongSwan] why multiple SAs for one peer?

Hello Noel!

I have already done this once with another problem, put a lot of effort
into reproducing the situation and collecting the logs and received no
reply or reaction whatsoever:

So, probably no, thank you. It will be a waste of my time.

If anyone has personally experienced a similar problem and found a solution, you
are very welcome to comment.
