[strongSwan] Helpful scripts I use

Hello List,

I decided to publicize some scripts I use on my laptop with strongSwan.
Their use cases are the following:
* Expediting shut down of the operating system when tunnels are active
* making sure source IPs are right when DHCP daemons/clients are running on the system
* making sure dummy-vip interface exists when strongSwan starts
