[strongSwan] Is there a plugin available to track peaks and historical data?

We are terminating a large number of tunnels and would like to keep track of things like current peers connected, peak or highwater marks and other historical usage data.  I know we can derive this type of data by scrapping the logs and parsing current SA list, but is there a plugin available to do this type of reporting?
