[strongSwan] Freebsd version of aesni plugin: does it exist?

I'm trying to figure out how to enable the aesni plugin in Strongswan for
FreeBSD.  Does it exist and how do I get it? It does not show up in the
list of files when I run "pkg info strongswan" and I can't seem to find a
package that contains it.  Any help is appreciated.
