[strongSwan] Can charon pass through "vendor-specific" EAP payload to an external entity

I am specifically looking for help in understanding if StrongSwan has support to handle "EAP Expanded Type" with a non-zero "Vendor-Id" as defined in IETF rfc3748 Section 5.7.

I am currently looking at both the client and server-side support of EAP by Charon that would allow "vendor-specific" EAP payload received from peer sent transparently to an external entity for further processing or have an external entity provide the contents of the EAP payload to be sent to the peer of the IKE_SA.

Are there any existing plugins that would serve the purpose?
