[strongSwan] Reduce the number of notifications for a group of services

Hi,

I have some services that tend to trigger a notification by going to
WARN or CRIT one minute and back to OK the next minute. I would like to
reduce the number of notifications by triggering them only if the state
persists for two or more attempts.

I know about the rule "Maximum number of check attempts for service".
But the conditions for this rule seem to be limited to explicit hosts
and/or explicit services.

What I would prefer to do is:

- create a service group "flappers"

- assign specific combinations of host & service to this service group

- bind the rule "Maximum number of check attempts for service" or
something similar to the service group

Can this be done?
