[strongSwan] Route-based VPNs

Hi All,

I have a new project that is starting up but there is a requirement that the tunnel uses a separate interface.  On the StrongSwan wiki page about route-based VPNS (https://wiki.strongswan.org/projects/strongswan/wiki/RouteBasedVPN)  it says that this can be done depending on the operating system.  Am I right in assuming that this means it is not supported for Windows?
