[strongSwan] Disable default gw

I have test setup running with a win7 client authenticating. I would 
like the win7 client not to set an default gateway. Just a route to the 
given network. How should this be done? 

if I set these:
     leftsubnet=192.168.11.7/32
     rightsourceip=172.16.1.100/24

I still get a default route modification

Preferably I don’t want to change the windows client settings with 
unchecking the default route boxes. I rather have the server force not 
to route. Or is this pure a windows setting and not controllable via vpn 
server?
