[strongSwan] [strongswan-android] Help wanted with preloading strongswan.db

Hello,

I'm trying to preload a nosql database with connection profiles. Where
should this strongswan.db be placed in the app directories?

Will this approach work to have an out of the box mobile vpn with
strongswan? We are implementing vpn for our field team(approx.170 people).
