[strongSwan] how to bridge two tunnels?

I got linux client with strongswan as client behind nat and tunnel it to internet hosts (linux gateway).
And I also got windows laptop as client via windows native vpn tool tunnel to this linux gateway.
But how to bridge these 2 tunnels to have windows be able to ping to linux client?
What's the best strategy? Should I have 2 client with fix virtual IP, or it doesn't matter? Can anyone give me an example of such configuration?
